The Compton Youth setup has flourished over the past few years with numbers increasing year on year. Youth development is a core part of the club and is reflected in the investments made to both the ground facilities as well as getting our coaches ECB qualified. Our own two lane artificial net facility and many qualified Level 2 Coaches associated with the club have all been set up to provide the best cricketing experience for the youth with the hope that they will grow on to become future Compton legends.

How we keep children safe

We have a number of Policies and Procedures we follow to ensure we can keep children safe whilst participating in cricket activities. Everyone is encouraged to review these to understand what it is we as volunteers do and what you can expect of us. The club policies can be found on the website. We are always looking for volunteers to run our youth set up and have been lucky with most of the parents helping out. If you would like to know how you can get your child(ren) involved or would like to volunteer kindly signup to our website. This will also help us to keep you informed regarding matches, training and events.
